I have a 1990 348 equipped with a Tubi exhaust. I had purchased the Capristo Cat Bypass pipes but when I went to have them installed, the shop said they wouldn’t connect to the Tubi exhaust and were designed to fit on the OEM muffler.

has anyone ran into this issue and does anyone know if the Tubi Cat Bypass Pipes
    Would fit instead?

The flanges for the headers, cats, and muffler should all exist at the same points in space regardless of syle (regular, sport, tubi, capristo, etc) or market (USA, Europe, Japan, etc). Lots of folks mix and match brands.

That’s what I thought. I wonder why the shop is telling me they won’t work?

I don’t know. Ask them. There’s nothing I’ve ever seen or read about any of those products that says they only work with other like-branded pieces.

Hi, the ones I have are genuine Ferrari parts. They are for the early cars with the small lambda sensors though these could easily be modified with larger bosses for the later lambda sensors. I think £350 plus shipping?
