    Its the center panel again!! The air con. compressor of the car is engaing even if the system is swiched OFF, while the car is running. It might damage the compressor and so I need to make sure its disconnected, for now till I have it fixed.
    Is there any fuse/ easy way of doing this as a temporary measure. Need advise.

    I have a 95 Spider and can look in my owner's manual if you don't have one. All the electrical info is in there - fuse numbers and locations included.

    Pull the 20A fuse in the front of the car (under the carpeting, passenger side near the windshield) and that'll stop the A/C from doing anything! It's a big blade fuse -- pretty hard to miss.
