As always the only problem that cannot seem to be rectified is the Center panel. Does anyone know where one can send it to repair it. Please help.

Sorry, Hvac controls. Most of the buttons are not working and the wiring behind has been cut. I have the wiring diagram for the panel but since all the wires have been cut and resoldered using different colors, its impossible to match. Is there any place one can send the panel and have them fix all the functions and label the wire connections. Please let me know.
