    Isn't that what you call those dorky things you strap around your waist to carry your wallet, etc.? In any event, a vendor at the Monaco GP had one in May- red Schedoni leather (complete with a metal Schedoni tag on the zipper) embroidered with the "348 Challenge" logo on the front. It's the only one I'd ever seen (no, they had no others for this or any other model), so I sprung for it (just over $100). Figured I'd use it to hold my wallet, cell phone, etc. when I'm at the track, rather than just leave my stuff lying around the pit garage or wherever- I could probably strap it to the roll cage to keep it from bouncing around when I'm not wearing it! Has anyone seen such a thing?

    How long has it been since the 348 Challenge??? Someone must have found some inventory!

    Congrats, and enjoy! EVERYTHING I've seen them do is top notch first class, I'm toying with $4K luggage for my old ragged 308GTB just to spruce it up!LOL

    I noticed recently that for black interior cars they do black pieces. It's hard to imagine anything prettier than the tan ones I've seen....

    But black GOES with EVERYTHING!!!

    Yeah, it's been a while since the 348 Challenge cars ran in the series, so I think the market for this piece is pretty thin. Frankly, the red leather is a bit over the top for me, but since I figured it'd look cool with my red retired 348C racer I had to have it.

    In Europe you will be able to find a ton of Challenge items that you will
    not find any where else. So, next time your are in Italy just keep your
    eyes open for that odd item.

    Ferrari of Houston has some beautiful Schedoni pieces, but man, I could tear up a plastic Samsonite!!

    Bruce- You're probably right, and it's amazing that I spotted this item among the MANY (although fewer than usual) vendors in Monaco during race week.
    As for Schedoni prices, it IS a little hard to justify spending big money on stuff that's likely to take such a beating!

    Schedoni pieces are superbly made, and a red leather piece from the 348 Challenge is a very rare find. As a matter of fact, just about anything related to the 348 Challenge is pretty rare nowadays. Sounds like a really good buy. How about a picture of it!?

    The quality appears to be excellent. I don't even own a digital camera, but when I get a chance I'll borrow my brother-in-law's and post a shot or two so that you guys can see what I'm talking about.
