I was at the track that day and saw the car; it looked really nice. Regrettably it is my understanding that the car did one or two laps before catching fire. From what I heard it was a small blaze that was contained quickly and did minimal damage but it did halt the car for the rest of the day. These hiccups crop up from time to time during shakedowns and I am certain the car will be back and running strong in no time.
An air conditioning line popped and there was a small fire. The car is currently being repaired and will be running shortly.
He was actually just on tv on a car segment here in Toronto this past Sunday. His 348CH has been complete for months now. Onto the next project. Tips for getting an exotic car on the cheap | CP24.com
