    Hi All,

I've just re-installed a set of original 348 Challenge brake ducts back onto my 348 Challenge car, and at full lock, with no wheel spacers, the tires on the Speedline challenge wheels hit the hard duct portion of the brake ducts.

I'm looking at putting 15mm spacers on to clear this.

Is this a common issue, and the proper solution?

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,

    Jason

Do you have Fotos (assembling, ducts, air intakes rear + front?...….)

I would say the cars did not use spacers in the series.... but I don’t have a good answer for you.

Why not shim the duct receiver and not the wheels?

+1, no spacers needed. And if there were spacers, they would be listed in the parts book & parts illustrations.

And seperately, the OP post question was from 2017, so its' very likey he's worked it out since then.
