Love this... http://www.lemans88.com/gifts-c23/wall-clocks-c84/chronos-speedometer-art-print-wall-clock-ferrari-348-tb-ts-p3203 I emailed them to see if I could get one with metric measurements..but haven't heard back. During this process I learned that UK market cars also got F and lb/sq in. Interesting! And a bit odd if I do say so myself. Other UK folks can confirm?
That's correct to a UK spec car,. It seems odd now but even back in the late 80s early 90s they were commonly used., even though the UK had declared celcius/metric back in the 60s. The aircon reads in Farenheit too, although I had been told theres a pin setting in the back to switch this to Celsius. I'm tempted in getting on of the clocks[emoji3] Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
That's very cool. I always wanted a decorative Ferrari speedometer. I'm curious if the temperature and the oil press. gauges work in any way (as a temperature meter and a barometer? I know the values wouldn't match, but it would be better than having them stationary)?
none of them are real gauges or even mock-ups, they are pictures of copied original gauges, then printed on a sheet of paper and mounted in a frame with the clock handles sticking through a hole in the sheet of paper.
I may have expressed myself incorrectly, I know that they're not real, I just always wanted to have something like this (so far I thought that the only option is buying a real gauge and just use it as decoration, but now that I saw those clock I figured they're just as cool).
Well, if you’re serious I have a set of the metric oil pressure and water temp gauges for sale, like new in the yellow box. Advertised in the classified section here. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/348-oil-pressure-water-temp-gauges.565949/
