    Question, My 348 spider has blue clutch fluid, what kind is that and can I mix with other fluid ? if so which is the best to use (brand & type) ??

    most likely ATE Super Blue brake fluid. You can mix it up with others but you should just put in DOT4 brake fluid (clear) and bleed it until the clear stuff comes out. THen you are done.
