I like how they put the onus on the buyer to check with their state for smog compliance. Isn't that their job? I read this as "Not legal in CA".
Rodney - buy the hyperflow converters instead - there are a lot of happy customers on fchat. It is about $500 more but is legal. I would be sceptical of these guys. I have never heard of this company. Hook up with Dan @ ricambiamerica.com
