Hi, It's engine out season again so I thought I'd share this from my experience last year.. There are lots of good how 2's on here that cross hundreds of posts, which is very useful however an experienced mechanic really only needs a checklist for which bits to disconnect prior to the main subframe mountings. So this is the simple checklist I made for myself for next time. Air con compressor ECU's x2 Exhaust mounts Brake pipe Hand brake Gear linkage Lower fuel tank Fuel supply x2 Fuel return x2 Clutch line Water hoses x3, remember hidden one by water pump Oil lines x2 Throttle linkage ABS sensors x2 Circular electrical plug Header tank overflow Oil tank earth (if fitted) Breather pipes Earth cable Airbox Evap solenoid wiring
