    I am looking for the specs to torque the cam bearing caps and the cam gears..

    Is there a list of torque specs, or a good repair manual I can get somewhere?

    The table of engine torque specs is on page B88 of the Workshop Manual.

    Cam caps are all 8.8Nm. :)
    I cant help you with the cam pulley bolts sorry. :)
