    I have a 91 348ts and I believe the fan speed resistor needs replaced. I have done a little research and found them not available. I have seen a few threads on “rebuilding” them. I cannot find specifics however. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix, replace or rebuild the resistor?

    Adding PWM controllers to the fans is a very good idea. I used Toyota units the thread is out here as well.
    Miroljub helped me on that, I documented it when I did it.
