Maybe if you use GM parts and convert it to a Fiero. It would make a wonderful project for somebody that just loves to work on cars and has an unlimited budget (and timetable). Honestly, even if you put it back together at $50K (which won't be possible), it'll have a big story attached to it and high miles.
Also looks like the front end has been pushed in. Stripped for parts, but the motor was left behind. Doesn't that tell you something about the potential for additional trouble, beyond the obvious missing parts, with the motor itself? Pass, even at $5K, you're digging a giant hole with this car. DM
Went to see the car yesterday. Body hit right front, car bent in middle, many more pieces missing. Sadly, only good for engine, subframe, rads, a-arms, doors, windshield & frame, c-pillars, bonnet, taillights, headlights, some interior pieces. It's very sad to see a Ferrari that will never see the road again. So hard to consign one to the donor list.
To bad wish it could be rebuild. Found all the parts here. http://www.specializeditalianrecycling.com/ferrari-parts/348.html
It's not really a 348 any longer...it's just a somewhat awkward package of miscellaneous Ferrari parts now.
what the hell happened to that poor car in the first place? Whats the story? That's what I want to know! gordon
