Looks like my AC is not blowing cool air and might need some freon.
    (1) Can any shop add freon to our car? which shop in Austin would you recommend?
    (2) How hard is it to convert to R134. I heard it's just a matter of changing out the connectors but surely it's got to be much more complicated than that.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Im assuming it currently uses R12 which is illegal to get a hold of unless you have a hookup from a mechanic that can put it into your system. That's all the advice I have..lol GL!

Do not convert it. Most mech shops can still get r12.

Thanks and will probably use David Moore for my 30K service but I was trying not to use an exotic specialty shop for normal maintenance stuff.

I was thinking of converting because the R12 stuff is pretty expensive and hear that it's easy to do. Still doing research but was hoping another 348 owner has done it.
