    O.K., I have tried everything to get to this bulb. How do you change it? I cannot see a way to the light.

    Pull off the tire/wheel. Unscrew the inner black fender liner. There's the bulb!


    Alternately, there is a small black rubber plug *directly* above the bulb that is accessed by opening the front trunk and removing the top black carpet...however, that plug is too small for your hand and would require a special tool to insert into that plug-hole to remove the bulb.

    My mistake, just re-read your advice. The first thing I did was remove the inner fender louvered panel, not the fender liner. I took the lower panel off as well and there is no access to the area the lens at. I will try your suggestion with the liner.
