    Hi, Both headlights will not lift when I turn the headlights on. The linkages are fine and the lights go up when I turn the knobs on top of the motors. If I turn the headlights up manually, then one of them pops down when I turn the headlights off. So one headlight goes down but not up, and the other will not go up or down.

    I have searched all forums to find out where the lifter relays are located without success. So can anyone tell me which are the headlight lifter relays. Also has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved.

    The relays for the headlamp lift is in the front trunk under the removalable panel (labelled A H & I in the diagram). Rather than explain check the underside of the panel and it has a diagram of what fuse/actuator does what.

    As well as the relay there are 2 x 7.5amp for the lift and a 5amp fuse (labelled 3, 4 and 15). As a guess one of the fuses is blown hence no action and the relay is unreliable. Cheap enough to just replace as I used to have one lazy headlight which did work but came up slower than the other - replaced the relay and it wizzes up quick now.

    BTW A lot of the relays are the same so as a quick test pull a similar relay (but confirm nos on it are same) and try the lights with the other relay.

    The lifting relays are labelled H and I. Try switching them with a similar relay eg. rely labelled G. Also check the fuses labelled 3 and 4 and 15
