    My 348 TB after working some minutes go down and it does not work more.
    But when this cold it comes back to work.
    Somebody can help me?

    I think from your post that English is not your first language. Can you give any more information?

    Also try your native language. Many here speak languages other than English.

    Don't be sorry. You English is way better than my Portuguese.

    In the European section there is a thread going on right now with several Portuguese speakers. Get in touch with them. If they cannot help you at least they can translate.
