One of my summer projects with my son was to teach him how to take pics of a car in motion. I think he did a pretty good job Image Unavailable, Please Login
thanks! This one also came out quite nice, although when you zoom in on it, the car is not as in focus as the first. Image Unavailable, Please Login
it is pretty easy -- you need a DSLR, and you need to set it to fixed speed mode (S on my D5000). You want to pick a speed that will blur. My picture was 1/80th, 1/60th might be even better but my sons hands were not steady enough. You also want to be further back from the road and zoom in to the road. That helps the effect. Set the DSLR on multi shots (hold down shutter and it takes multiple shots). Then when the car comes, start following with the lens, once you are tracking it, depress the shutter and fire off a volley of pics. One of them will be good
The 355 wheels do look nice. Wasn't trying to be a post jacker, at first thought this was a good thread to post 348s in motion...a beautiful thing. Any more?
