348 inner tie rod

I have searched old threads as well as googled for information about the inner tie rods. Today while installing my new H&R springs I noticed the passenger inner tie rod has a lot of play. So to the forum I go to the most knowledge out there. I cant seem to find exactly what part has been used to replace these with.

"update". Its not the inner tie rod, infact thats in good condition. Its the plastic bushing inside the rack thats gone. I found bits of it everywhere and one huge chunk aoubt half the radius. Its tan and measures roughly 23mm i.d. 31mm o.d. and about 8mm wide. i need to know if I can source this part easily or if I need to make one.
