Does such a thing exist? Is it possible to do?

Anything is possible, but if you're looking at a car on the continent to bring back to the UK, its going to be a hell of a lot cheaper to buy a UK RHD car to begin with.

There are quite a lot of "conversions" out there, so be careful when purchasing - if in doubt always do a chassis number check to confirm whether the car is LHD or RHD

It's not cost effective to convert, unless you are lucky enough to obtain all the parts at a reasonable cost (dash / trims / steering etc.)

It would also seem pretty pointless. I have LHD 348. It makes no difference for insurance premiums; no difference on motorways and is not even much of an issue on normal roads. Plus if, like me, you take the car onto the continent a fair bit (where the roads generally make the car more useable anyway) there are definitely no issues.

Your crazy to covert a Ferrari. You will lose money on the car when you come to sell it....

The car will not handle or feel the same. Bad idea........................

Just take the car to church. If it wishes to convert, it will.

If you used all genuine Ferrari RHD parts why would it not handle correctly? Also you are only talking about puting the steering wheel on the other side ... last I heard that does not affect handling ... unless ofcourse you introduce slack between the steering wheel and rack!

I would not convert any car that is made as RHD as well, with out simply using the genuine parts ... you would have to be a fool to reinvent the wheel when Ferrari did it already for you.

Luckily most modern Ferraris are made in both LHD and RHD format ... piece of cake if your pockets are deep enough.

    Pete's opinion

I had a friend that converted an Aston Martin Vantage from RHD to LHD using Tickford parts. No change in handling, but the guy spent a bloody fortune doing it.
