For what it's worth I lost the rubber textured cap that goes on the end of that switch few years ago and I searched the world over and could not find it. I was in Fort Lauderdale Florida on vacation and happened to stop by Tim Stanford Ferrari and he literally had a shoebox full of 348 switches! He sold me the rubber cap that I have been looking for for years for 40 bucks! The bad part of the story is he does not answer his phone at all and I have heard that he is not even in business any longer but that is unconfirmed. It was an impressive shop as I remember he had a couple of million dollars worth of cars in there that he was working on all old classics
