I paid, probably, over the odds for mine but, I wanted triple black RHD and unmolested. It all depends on cars and buyers aligning :)

It wouldn't surprise me if we see this happening more often as more real enthusiasts start catching on just how good a 348 can be. Those of us who love the model are a lot pickier than bottom feeders looking for a cheap Ferrari.

I would love, love, love to have a SS. Especially with the seats, and other tasty bits exclusive to the car. Is it the first of the factory V8 specials? Like the later 355 Challenge, 360 CS, 430 Scud, 458 Speciale, etc.

That brown carpet...ugh...who does that? maybe it looks better in person. That's the issue.
The lower trim has been painted to match...that didn't happen till '93 from the factory.

That car is worth it just for the modulars...if compression and leak come back fine, nab it.

Maybe see if someone in the texas forum will go look for you?

I'd guess that Blue isn't the original color.

I've been looking at the 348 for a very long time and can't recall ever seeing one that was Blue/Brown. Nor on other 80's/90s Ferraris well. Not saying one or two aren't out there, but it just seems like an odd combo.

Now blue with tan carpet is a different story.

Looking closer - more tan than brown... which is still an odd combo with the grey leather. Ferrari's dark blue carpeting would look awesome.

Maybe it's still around because it's been replaced...because it was wet. it's a pretty poor installation job on the right side near the door. Is it puckered out there or is that picture just funny?

i like the idea of the blue carpet, i still think the car is sexy. I also like that color with the bottom painted though Im not a big fan of those wheels, id prefere the simple 5 star 360 wheels.

As usual, they're not interested in selling. They just want a buyer instead.

The brown carpet was a factory option of course. There was a grey tb for sale last year that had the same. Certainly not common, and I wouldn’t have done it, but it is original nonetheless.

Is it me or does the pile on the brown carpet look a lot thicker than oem? Color may be original but the pile and lack of fading makes me think it is not oeiginal? Not that thats an issue new carpet is fine, just wondering if its original. Not so sure myself.
