    Anyone know (for certain) what the correct output is supposed to be? Had my friend's alternator tested, told it was working perfectly, and putting out 100 amps. Seems low....saw posts before stating it should be 140 amps for the ND alternator.

    Symptons are a flickering "batt" light at idle when the radiator fans kick in, like it can't keep up. New Optima battery.
