    Following on from Patricks thread regarding the oil tensioner pad, he was kind enough to provide the details for fabrication of new ones, so I went about buying enough material to get a few made up as I believe these are getting more difficult to source and cost close to £250 when available. The material is Polyamide PA 4.6

    Apologies - Just realised my description was wrong! Its the cam sprocket chain tensioner that Ive fabricated, not the oil pump chain tensioner.

    However , this is the tensioner that wears, as shown in the photo. My oil chain pad was un-scathed and didn't justify replacement.

    We did produce the Ferrari Pad nr.147338 from original material Nylon 4.6
    We have always some available.

    Attention: When you will use this you have to drill a hole 1,3mm. Check the old one and drill in exact sam place

    Other product you can buy come without this advice, please be sure that your mechanic will know about this!!!
