Having driven both I kinda love both equally for various reasons. But for some reason Testarossa sticks out more, could be the movies, could be the looks idk , you can’t go wrong with either!

My 348 is slightly built. Different internals, injectors, and tune. Capristo exhaust. 355 brakes and driveline components. 360 wheels.

Ernie owned it for a couple years and another FChat guy who rebuilt it down to every nut and bolt and put modern electrical connectors on it and rebuilt the fuse and relay boxes too. Ernie helped rebuild the gearbox. Anti corrosion coated frame too.

It drives and sounds AMAZING. Safe to 9k RPMs, but I like shifting 8.2k. I’ve never driven a stock 348, but I think people who complain about them are incredibly ignorant / not car guys. My friend with a Testarossa thinks my 348 sounds better than his.

The Testarossa is just more epic. Maybe because it’s a mid engine flat 12, maybe because of Hollywood, maybe because of the sound. A 348 is definitely more fun for a spirted drive around town though, especially with the open top.

Liking the rear lights :) Did some of the rear grill or frame have to be cut away or do they just sit behind it?
