    Is it worth spending the $$$ to refinish 348 rims, I have seen decent rims change hands at $800-$1,200 on ebay?

    Also what is a set of original used 355 rims worth??

    Not worth it in my opinion, you can find those in good condition for that price range ($1500-$2000), but as far as 355 rims, I have seen them priced anywhere from $2500-$4000. Ebay is the best place to find them.

    You werent too clear if you were planning on buying the same 348 rims or looking at some after market rims.

    My 348 was pretty much all original and the rims were the first upgrade i did. I went with 19" rims bought off e-bay. I simply love the looks of it, it completely sets the car off and gives it that agressive look.

    So is it worth it, for me no, I dont like the 348 rims. If your building to all original then for no more then they cost buy a new set, and include them in the sale of the car later.

    The same 348 rims, I think I will just throw these old 348 rims on ebay and buy a second hand better shape 348 rims from someone else. I like those highline rims but those guys have so many negatives and misrepresented info,
    I would question the D.O.T. certification.

    Someone has a nice set of 348 rims for sale with tires on Ferrariads.com for around $700 (plus shipping I think). They are in Florida and seem like a real bargain.

    You can have yours refinished for about $100 each (not counting tire remounting) to look like new.

    I had Wheels America redo my OEM wheels on a 348 Spider and they looked brand new. I believe the bill was about $110 or $120 per wheel including remounting and balancing. They are all over the country but happen to have a shop in the Dallas area and it was drop off one afternoon and you can pick them up the next morning as they do them overnight.
