Hello all, I'm pretty new to the board, but have been a Ferrari enthusiast for my entire life. I wanted to contribute to the board how ever I could. So over the past few days I have slowly gone through this entire thread and combined as many of the parts, numbers, and sources as possible into a 4 page PDF and uploaded it to my website. I hope it helps you all when trying to source some parts and saves you money on repairs. I know Mario, another member posted a PDF a few years ago but since no new one had been posted, I went ahead and put this one together. You can find the PDF here:

    http://ferraridiy.com/parts_guides/348-parts-guide/

Again hope it helps! Feel free to contact me with updates & edits, I'll try to make sure it is updated regularly for everyone. In case any were wondering, I plan on doing the same thing for a couple of the other models on FerrariChat where X parts threads are ongoing. Enjoy!

so what you do basically is go through a FerrariChat thread, pull all the content together our users have contributed, put it in a PDF, and then link everyone back to your site?

That gives credit to your members with multiple links back to FerrariChat.com and even the specific threads as the source. It just happens to be where I posted the PDF. If it makes you happier I'll post the direct link to the PDF. Theres no commercial drive in my site, simply an enthusiast trying to help others. Much like ferraridatabase.com, the 348 and 355 registry, and multiple other sites mentioned here that aren't "sponsors". Would it have been better if I had just lied and said "hey look what I found on the net" and pointed to it that way? I still did the work of putting it together for everyone, theres no charge, no "sign-up", and I gave credit where credit is due. FerrariChat.com is even mentioned on the PDF itself. I'd like to think that I created a useful tool for owners that summarizes, in this particular thread a very lengthy read and makes it easier to find parts and help owners save money and time.

After contacting Bosch Tech services directly to make sure I've just done all the relays.

    Both the 0 332 014 113 and 0 332 014 140 are replaced with a 0 332 019 151 (brown)

    The 0 332 204 101 are replaced with 0 332 209 151 (purple)

And the 0 332 015 006 has stayed the same (bright blue)

Heres an account of fitting with a few more pics - hope its of some use to someone :)

A couple of months ago I broke the hard brake line on the front caliper of my car. I needed a new one the same day, and it was unobtainium at the time. That and the "stealer" wanted $220 for the part.

I found a hard line at Napa auto parts that had a similar type flare on the end. The correct flare is a d.i.n. flare, or mushroom flare, but the one I bought from Napa had a europe bubble flare. Because I was in a pinch, and need the brake line done the same day, I used the Napa hard brake line. It's been on my car now for a few months, and has seen about 2,000 miles of driving, with no issues.

It cost me about $4.50 and the Napa part number is BK 813-1261, and it's made by Balkamp. The manufacture part number is BLEX-312BK. http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?R=BK_8131261_0361101966

I am a loyal customer of GT Car parts, but, when they can't come through, Eurospares is happening!

Finally my Mondial is going to have side grills not held in place with two sided tape. Yeah!

This is who did my waterpump rebuild:

    The Jordan Co.
    (228) 872-0855

Old guy that's been doing waterpumps for years that used to engineer high precision submarine parts or something. Didn't charge me until after I'd had it in and running. 2 years later it's still good. And it was like $150.

    Hi Lino,

Welcome to the honorary 348 team. Me one too.

    P. S. Please don't hurt the 348 guys' feelings by rubbing it in how much of a better car our ts are - they're a bunch of really nice guys and that would just be mean.

Does anyone have an update on this? Seriously annoying as it works to open the door, but not to close it, and this means I have to expose the motor bay when I fill up (to access the cable to the solenoid to push it back closed) and answer endless questions...

    Throttle position sensor Bosch part# 0280122044 (Ferrari part# 142434), same as found on a 1996 Saab 900 (non-tubro) 2.3liter 4 cylinder.

Cost me $125 each, but I have seen them for sale on Amazon and Rockauto for around $98 for the Bosch sensor.

Here are some other numbers I found that correlated to that Bosch part number.

    ALFA ROMEO: 605493590
    BOSCH: 0280122004 0280122008 0280122001
    CITROEN: 1628L1 72408124 96038938
    FERRARI: 142434
    FIAT: 60549359 7637025
    GM: 826924 90323839
    HYUNDAI: 3517022001 3517022010
    KIA OK: 01118911
    PEUGEOT: 1628L1 72408124 96038938
    PORSCHE: 94460611600 94460616600
    RENAULT: 7701047921
    SAAB: 885719 8857915
    SOLEX: 72408127
    VOLVO: 1336385 3450030

I did not look any further into the rest of those number (except for the Ferrari part number and that one is good), so do your due diligence before you dive in. These are also the same TPS found on:
    456 GT (1995 - 1997)
    456 GTA 1997
    550 MARANELLO 1997
    F355 BERLINETTA 1996
    F355 GTS (1996 - 1997)
    F355 SPIDER (1996 - 1997)

I just called Napa. The above part number is an oddball, and is not readily available.

Instead he recommended the CRB 229000. It costs $19.69, is the correct gold color, and they stock them at the stores.

    Win! ;)

Also, these can be ordered from Napa online which makes it even easier. The other part number couldn't be ordered online for some mysterious reason.
