The passenger window is no longer working. Every thing seem well lubed and the motor bench tested fine. What else could cause this problem?

Busted pins in the door connection where the jamb doo-hickey is located. Very very very common.

Open the doors (the problem with your passenger side door window can be due to bad connections at either door jamb), and peel back the rubber bellows that enclose the wire bundles running between the body of the car and the door. Look at the wires where they go into the back of the plastic twist connectors. Chances are that you will find something like this, a broken wire, or massive corrosion on the pins.
