The drivers side passive belt seems to have stuck half way...doesn't work at all now. It has been acting strange for the last few months...sometimes it wouldn't retract when you close the door....wait a for few hours and then it would OK.
Anyone experienced similar problems these belts...can't seem to find a wiring schematic for the belt motor either!
    Any suggestions.
    Thanks in advance.

    welcom to the seat mouse

Might try to unplug the ECU, which if the same as the Mondial T, is on the driver's side, left foot well. THEN don't use the things. They are funny creatures.

I just use the fixed, side connection: there are two means to connect the seatbelt on the T, not sure of the 348

Mine has just done the same thing, worked fine 2 days ago then yesterday its stuck about 1/3 of the way from the front. I cant get it to budge forward or backwards. Any suggestions or way to see if something has stopped it. I noticed once the floor mat got caught in front of it, then when i moved the mat it went to the back (rear) position and had no problems since.
Any way to lock it in the rear position and then just buckle and unbuckle the belt there?
