Wow, you can see the 308 and 328 influences in the car....Makes it a lot clearer on how the ended up figuring out the design for the 348.

I think the one from 1985 is great. I really like the wheels and the TR style front grill. That is a great looking car. Thanks for the pics.

Great pics. I need to find my old Hot Wheels model of the 348 prototype from back in the early 1980's.

    It had...get this...Gull Wing Doors!

Wow!! Very interesting pics. Makes you wonder what they have in the pipeline for the next few models coming out in the next few years? :)

I guess it would be safe to say that the 348 was the last car that Enzo was involved with & over saw.

    Great pics.

I actually did this board a disservice by not posting those pics a while back when I purchased this same book.

It is so interesting that the style of the 348 actually came before the style of the Testarossa.

Or did it not? Does anyone know when the first sketches of the Testarossa were made? Was it before 1980?

I'd guess that the Mondial's side cheese grates predates both the TR and 348.

Heavy Mondial influence on the 348 and TR.

Nifty book it sounds like. Do you have the ISBN number by any chance so I can buy myself one?
