348 radiator problem , Help any ideas?

    The plastic screw on the right side broke off as i was removing the drain plug. I noticed that the brass screw was also loose. I tried to scrape away the broken plastic around the brass fitting thin I managed to knock it into the radiator. I will attach pics soon. any ideas on how to fix this problem or does anyone have a spare they want to sell?

    Remove it then take it to a radiator shop. They should be able to fix it.

    I have an old radiator that has the plastic tanks, but I think yours is the aluminum one? Plus my old one is for the left side of the car, the taller radiator. I replaced it because it was leaking. I haven't ever sent it out to get repaired so I don't know for sure if it was the tanks that were bad or the core itself.

    Anyway, pull yours out and take it to a shop. Call and ask what they charge to fix tanks first. Be sure not to tell them what it's out of, or you may get hit with the stinking "Ferrari tax".
