    For what it's worth my 86 328 has required exactly one out of plan trip for service in the 4 years I've had it. It's got almost 90k miles on it. If I went home and turned the key it would start and drive me wherever I want to go. I know 348s are great, but I think you'll be hard pressed to beat the 328 over the long haul.
