    92 348 replacing piston & liner. In the work shop manual states to replace piston & liner to match a colour pink or green. Does anybody have experience in where to find the colours on this parts. All I found was too numbers on all pistons 22-384-92 and another one 85p76 and some have 85p75. Any ideas.

    When new there is a drop of paint on the piston dome and on the OD of the liner. Cannot usually be read after long term use because the color code was intended to be referred to on new parts, not used.

    So as long as the new piston & liner are the same colour code I should not have problem?
