Gas? Spark plugs? When's the last time she had a tune up? Try some Techron. Any slow down lights?

This will get you through the initial warm up procedure. Try disconnecting the battery for :15 seconds, reconnect the battery, start the car (with ALL the accessories turned OFF) and let the engine idle for at least 15 minutes and do NOT touch anything, let it idle until the cooling fans run through at least one on/off cycle. Then take it for a 30 minute drive.
