    Anyone know how to put back the bar that moves the seat back and forth? It just came out. Does the entire seat have to be removed?

    Four hex bolts and comes out. It snaps right back in. I don't think you can get it back on without the seat out.

    I don't think there is a shortcut, there is simply no room to work under the seat while it's bolted down. That's the bad news. The good news is that the seat is very easy to remove, you just have to undo an allen head bolt at each end of the two seat tracks (6mm tool).

    "in theory" the seat should go back in fairly easy....

    I pulled my pass seat out and it was a pain in the butt oget back in...

    I've pulled my seats many times...............4 bolts and they are out! Piece of cake. That bar should snap right back in. You gotta stop lifting weights........these are delicate cars!! :)
