Hi, I was thinking about selling my 348 and get a 355 instead, but have decided to keep it and restore it to full glory instead. The seats in my 348 are worn, they have previously been recolonized, but that proved to be a waste of time, so I am going to get them re-trimmed in cream leather. Does anyone know a good company to do this. So far I have had quotes of around £700 + vat for the pair from Trimania in Reading and NewTrim in Oxford; I am in SW London. Also, what do people think I should have done. The seats are currently plain cream and was thinking of pimping them up a bit! Options are: 1. Add red stitching 2. Add red piping 3. Add red centre panels - there is 512 in the for sale section with this look 4. Add red stitched Ferrari logos to head rests. Please cast your vote. Finally, I have broken the seat back tilt leaver on the left seat, where can I get a new one?
you could always opt for a new set of racing seats with 4 point harness they look very nice. my mate had them in his 348.
