348 shifting cable adjustment?????

I need some help ferrari brothers!! I just bought a 92 348 ts..... I have owned 308, 328, and a 348 spider, I am mechanicly inclined. Having said that this car had a new transmission rebuild, five years ago and has driven 300 miles since then... IT shifts too hard, Reverse and First hard too get in, second and third ok, four and five too hard. IS THERE AN ADJUSTMENT !!!!!! and if so how and what to do it! Thanks in advance! much appreciated!!! Notes; The transmission is full of new clean gear lube. It just seems to be out of adjustment where the cable meets the trans. or something like that I think
