348 side windows / re-paint

Ok so I bit the bullet and started stripping the paint on my car. The paint was in pretty good shape but it's not up to Ferrari standards. Of course the weathers good now, and a drive is in the works and my car is coming appart. So that begs the question as to how to get the side windows out. It looks like epoxy was use to seal them in. I'd leave them in but a second mask job over non glasurit paint will look like sh!te. Has anybody removed the windows? Cain't wait to spray some quality Glasurit paint!!!
