    This may be majot dumbas5 question, but where does the air enter the inatkes on my 348 Spider? TSs and TBs have an obvious air intake, but I can't quite puzzle the spider....

    If I'm not mistaken it should take the air in from the wheel well.

    If you look at the picture in the lower right, you can see the difference on the radiator air intake shrouds between the Spider and the tb/ts. The air coming in through the door strakes has an outlet on the Spider that directs air to the air filter assembly, before going through the radiators.

    Ernie, Miltonian, I'm thinking about redoing that whole black plastic air vent part #48 at the back of the door jambs in first carbon fiber and then later chrome to see if I want any bling back in there (which should be slightly visible through the side door vent/grates).

    You won't really be able to see it because is sits back so far.

    So if this "vented" piece was chrome, you wouldn't be able to see it at all?
