I’ve looked through a lot but no one ever takes pictures of the jamb area. Coupé hinge looks like a triangle ish while the spider almost looks squared.

The door hinges, and certain other related hardware, are different on the Spider (have different p/n). There are also some differences for Assembly numbers up to 15171 and from 15172. See diagrams at the given link (Maranello) under model selection "348 GTB/GTS/GTC/Spider".
Spiders hinge appears to have a flat side facing the rear. hoping a member here can snap a couple pictures of their spiders hinges installed for reference.
