    Just finished measuring and re-measuring the valve tappet clearances and each shim using a micrometer at the centers and outsides. I am shocked at the variety of measures with each shim.

    I have mapped them all out in the attached picture: Clearance, Shim Stamp, Shim Hand Measurements, and Calculated Shim Replacement.

    Since there are many experts here I wanted to post the map and have a few eyes validate my work before I proceed. I used the recommended intake closer to .20mm and exhaust closer to .40mm

    Any feedback would be great!!

    Did some work looking where I could re-use shims to accommodate my clearances. Anyone have any thoughts? Is this the right direction to go?
