    I am new to this forum but I don’t know where to turn for some advice. Does anyone know how long a timing belt should last time wise? i has mine serviced and only put 100 miles on it but it was a year and a half later and it broke now my engine is shredded and the dealer said it out of the 1 year warranty does this sound fair or normal??

    Hi, welcome- as you might have guessed, a number of the posts by new folks don't get much of a response (mine didn't). If you're still here, scroll down to the 348 thread and ask anything you want. People here are genuinely helpful for the most part, and always willing to answer questions.
