its that time again, new car, new exhaust, I hear all sorts of conflicting reports about various sports exhausts for 348, Tubi great but booms at 2500 rpm, X-Ost has fit problems? Larini deep sound then screams top end, has anyone any particular good advise on a fitment that sound right for the car, doesn't resonate and make your eye balls bleed, fits without hacksawing the rear end off the car, perhaps you guys have experience of more than one system in the trek to find the right thing, I know sound is a personal taste job, dont want to ditch over a £1k then get it wrong, also any used sports systems about for sale? thanks js Image Unavailable, Please Login
Tubi all the way, had one on my 308 and now on the 348.Don't know where all the talk of the Tubi being boomy @ 2500rpm comes from ??? Fitted and heard Xost and am totally unimpressed with the sound and deffo the quality compared to the Tubi. good looking system, if you check out many other Ferrari web chat sites you will find a lot of complaints relating to the Tubi with 2500 rpm boom resonance, but if your is fine then good news all round. js
Great pics! I have a 92 348 SS with stock exhaust. I've been told the SS series exhaust has a 10hp increase over stock - is this correct? Any benefit with a Tubi mod?
