There are very little matching choices for 215/50/17 and 255/40/17
If i go 225/45/17 up front, the doors open up
Will i have any issues? This is on stock rims.

Not sure about stock but check the numerous calculators online. On 18s the problem is width and rubbing at full lock and nose dive under braking. I had to stay with a 40 profile and 225 width to avoid rubbing in front, 265/40-18 rears. Lowered now and looks great. The Enzo also uses a matching profile on it's wheels. 40s front and back even though they look different. You need more meat on the rears. Oh and my stocks had 215/50-17 fronts 255/45-17 rears.

oh crap you are right it is a 45 in the rear, just checked again lol

and hmm 225/45/17 is .5 inch small

235/45/17 is only .4 inch bigger

275/40/17 out back is only .3inch smaller in diameter than stock but .7inch wider, but not sure if it's too wide without spacers?

Shouldn't need a spacer for just over 1/2" difference
