    Dear all,
    I want to find a picture of the original tool kit fitted in position in the front compartment of a 348 Tb.
    Do you have one?

    I found on ebay a low price tool kit but it is a leather box.... i don't know if it is an original 348 kit.

    This picture is from the Werner Schruf 348 book. There is a diagram of the contents of the tool kit in the parts book. Or I can photograph the kit from my car if you wish.

    There are two styles of 348 kit. One is the taller case with multiple trays.

    The only "tool kit" I found on Fleabay was the tire inflator which is part of the leather boxed tool kit. Mine is a stacked leather piece as shown above.

    Hey Daniel, don't you have the inflator box inside there? Mine does. form the bottom up - inflator, tray, tray.

    I beleive the differences relate to the motronic version the car has? The'taller' version with the two trays was supplied with the 2.7. That's the type my Spider has.

    I have motronic 2.7 and I have the shorter one on a 92 348 TS.
    Or at least I *think* I have motronic 2.7 :)
