348 Toolkit Spark Plug Ratchet

Hi Guys

Just wondering if anyone knows a good source for the 348 Spark Plug Ratchet that is part of the 348 Toolkit? They are unavailable from Ferrari and it's the only tool missing from my toolkit.

Some of the ratchet extensions say "USAG" on them, I thought I might be able to track down a manufacturer. Ofcourse if anyone has one new or used spare that they would'nt mind selling drop me a line!
