I have a 93 TS with the original black top. I want it painted the color of the car i.e. RED. Is this a difficult process, I have heard this is possible, can anyone let me know the process and also are there any pictures of this top the car--how this looks actually.

I did the same thing as Darron. I sanded it smooth, bondo'd it, and then blocked it out. I'm not handy with a paint gun so I payed a friend to shoot it for me. It's not a hard job. Make sure to take off the, window rubber, and metal strips on the side, and DON'T loose the little screws. LOL. When your done you will also want to wet color sand it, and then buff it out to a nice shine.

Unless you actually know what you are doing, I would get it done properly rather than risk f***ing it up. It may sound easy but come on it's a Ferrari, get it done by a pro, or at least someone who has a good knowledge of finishings.

How much is it gonna cost, 300 of your 'bucks'? Doing it yourself is not worth the risk.

I know what way I would go, but thats because I know f**k all about spraying.
