348 twin turbo to 550?

I've been considering a move from my Norwoodized 348 to the 550. This seems to be a logical move for me. The 355 would be a disappointment in power and the 360 seems like less car for the money,(compared to the 550), (also slower). SO, I am considering a 500. I love the looks and the plush beautiful interior as well as the big horsepower and touque.
How about a few clues as to 550 ownership? Market values for older ones, guesses as to future depreciation, MX issues and costs, etc. Genereal ownership experiences. I've driven most of the odern Ferraris, but not a 500 yet.

Many threads about prospective 550 ownership, do an advanced search on titles and you'll get quite a few, just a sample below.
There's no rule other than personal preference: the 550 is a great car without major flaws or horrendous maintenance issues. Does not make it the right car for everyone and everything, but if you like your test drive, then I don't think anyone will advise you not to make the jump.

you can not beat the 550. I have had a 348 and 355, nothing comes close to the 550. I you are really interested I am selling mine. It is silver. Let me know.
