Are the front/rear/side body panel replaceble from 348 to F355? What problems to be faced? How about interior. This quiz comes from a very hard car-taxing country...

The side door panels are interchangeable, the front is also I believe and the rear can be done in kit form from www.garedcars.com. although the rear is not exact as this would require body work and a different decklid it looks like that site isn't working any more search in the 348/355 section it has been discussed many times before

Why not actually change the whole car?
That's a lot of work, just to make it look better.

cosmetics are easy to change and may be available used / third party, if purchased new i feel it would be too expensive.
    follow-up question and slight hijack:

say i want to swap engines, but keep the 348 transmission ...
what else has to be changed?

I guess he is interested in the opposite, geting a 355 taxed as a 348 and the tax benefit might be worth the work if a done by the owner.
