I had a problem with my Passenger window not going down so I removed the two door panels using the 348 door panel removal guide. Here is the link http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55313&highlight=door+panel+348
I found a Brocken pin and a bad switch in mine. Below is how I tested for the broken pin and the switch.

    Diagnosing the Driver window switch
    Remove the switch.
You are checking the female plug
In using a Volt Meter in the DC or DCV mode turn on the ignition and Test #3 (See Diagram) and Ground. Should have a connection.
In using a Volt Meter in the DC or DCV mode turn on the ignition and Test #3 & #2 together and #4 & #3 together. Should have a connection.
In using a Volt Meter in the Resistance mode (Omega Greek Symbol) Test #1 & #2, together and #4 & #5 together. You should have a connection
If you do not get a connection you probably have a bad pin.

    How the switch works
In the neutral position #1 & #2 are looped and #4 & #5 are loop.
When you press the switch in the up position (I could have this reversed) #1 & #3 are looped and #4 & #5 are looped.
When you press the switch in the Down position (I could have this reversed) #5 & #3 are looped and #1 & #2 are looped.

Diagnosing the Driver window switch for the passenger window

In using a Volt Meter in the Resistance mode (Omega Greek Symbol) Test #1 & #2, together and #4 & #5 together. You should have a connection If you do not it could be from a problem from the passenger window switch because #2 & #4 are going to the passenger window switch.

On the Drivers passenger switch jump #1 & #2 and also #4 & #5 (see Picture) In using a Volt Meter in the DC or DCV mode turn on the ignition and Test #7 & #8 together and #9 & #8 together. Should have a connection.
On the Drivers passenger switch jump #1 & #2 and also #4 & #5 (see Picture) In using a Volt Meter in the Resistance mode (Omega Greek Symbol) Test #6 & #7, together and #9 & #10 together. You should have a connection.

    I hope this helps
